Iwoca is one of the leading UK companies providing loans to businesses, offering fast and flexible financing solutions to help businesses grow. I was hired by Iwoca to redesign their recruitment page. The existing page lacked clarity and did not present available job opportunities in an intuitive or engaging way, my job was to find solution to remedy that.

The career page

The previous version didn’t really capture what it’s like to work at Iwoca, it lacked a human touch. That’s why my main focus this time was to bring the people of Iwoca to the forefront. I wanted to show life at Iwoca through videos, and testimonials from their team.

Helping Iwoca

After completing my work on the career page, the iwoca team asked for my support on other areas of the website. I contributed to the redesign of several key pages, including the About page and the Homepage, helping to improve the overall user experience and visual consistency.
